Contract Amount – $49,450,000
PS/IS 128Q is a design/build project. The new school, for 650 students, will be built on the play yard area of the existing PS 128Q school. When the new building is complete, the existing one-story building will be demolished to accommodate the play yard for the new school. The new building, of approximately 93,000 sq. ft., will include a basement and four stories above grade. It will be fully air-conditioned, and will include wireless LAN and Internet access throughout.
